Hi, I’m Kristen, the founder of Lettuce Talk OT, and I’m here to help families navigate the world of pediatric occupational therapy with a holistic and personalized approach. I understand that every child’s journey is unique, and my mission is to meet families where they are, whether that’s at home, school, or within their community.

I’m a mother of three and a wife, and I’ve always been passionate about helping children and families. My career in pediatric OT was inspired by a deeply meaningful experience with my cousin, Matthew. Watching his incredible therapist work with him opened my eyes to the profound impact therapy can have on a child’s life. From that moment, I was hooked, and my dream became to make that same positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

With years of experience working with children of all exceptionalities, I believe that OT in Real Life is about creating practical, meaningful strategies that can be integrated seamlessly into everyday life. Therapy doesn’t just happen in a clinic—it happens in the home, in the classroom, and in every moment you share with your child. That’s why I focus on addressing the whole child, not just their clinical goals, and I collaborate closely with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

At Lettuce Talk OT, we also recognize the vital role of nutrition in your child’s growth and development. That’s why I emphasize nutrition as a key pillar of our work, guiding families toward practices that support both physical and cognitive development.

I’m a passionate advocate for long-term support. I believe in the mantra that OT is a marathon, not a sprint, and I’m here to walk alongside you for the long haul. Whether you're newly navigating a diagnosis or you've been on this journey for years, I will provide the support, resources, and guidance needed to help your child thrive in all areas of life.

When I’m not running my kids between their busy social and sports schedules, you can find me enjoying life at the beach, visiting Disney, or cheering on the Dolphins—they’re my favorite things outside of work!

I am a passionate and dedicated pediatric occupational therapist committed to helping children and their families thrive. I speak English, Hatian Creole, and French. I strive to build partnerships with families, working together to create individualized plans that celebrate each child’s strengths and address their unique needs. I find great joy in helping children reach their goals and full potential!
